Cars24 integrated WhatsApp Business API to build a conversational sales funnel that supports users across their entire car-buying journey—from inquiry to final purchase. Prospective buyers receive automated messages, car listings, and finance options tailored to their preferences right within WhatsApp. The system also includes rich media like car images, videos, and call-to-action buttons to simplify decisions and push users toward conversion.

WhatsApp is already trusted and widely used by Indian customers. By using it, Cars24 met users where they’re most active—ensuring faster replies, higher open rates, and more completed journeys compared to other channels.
Everything from browsing available vehicles, EMI options, and document verification to test drive scheduling. Customers can also negotiate prices or speak with a human agent in real time when needed.
It’s a hybrid model. Frequently asked questions and basic workflows are automated for speed, but users can request a live agent anytime—especially for final negotiations or financing clarifications.
