We developed and deployed an AI-powered triage chatbot using Natural Language Processing (NLP) that could understand symptoms, assess urgency, and guide patients to the appropriate care pathway. It was integrated with their website and WhatsApp.

The solution leveraged NLP models, a rule-based decision tree for medical routing, a custom appointment API integration, and cloud-based deployment for scalability and reliability.
